Join a leading international law firm as an associate in our cutting-edge Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. We seek an experienced attorney with expertise in enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, AI, blockchain, and more. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, advising on intellectual property issues, and supporting M&A transactions. Excellent academic credentials and experience working at an AmLaw 50 law firm are required. Competitive compensation range: $310,000 to $390,000 annually.
