FBT Gibbons is seeking a Real Estate Associate in Orange County and Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of real estate experience, transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending, and superior academic credentials. They will also possess excellent research and writing skills, a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients.

The salary range for this role is $205,000 to $220,000, reflecting various factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. The firm offers quarterly and annual objective bonuses, an annual subjective bonus, a competitive benefits package, and a clear path to partnership.
