Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associate to join our dynamic team in Newark, New Jersey and Wilmington, Delaware offices. The successful candidate will have expertise in corporate reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, and insolvency counseling. Key responsibilities include representing clients before the bankruptcy court, negotiating with creditors and debtors, and drafting and filing chapter 11 plans. Qualifications include superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have judicial clerkship experience, admission to the New York bar (in addition to NJ and/or DE), and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
