Patent Agent or Technical Advisor - Electrical Engineering

Job Description:

This role involves conducting inventor interviews, drafting patent applications, and prosecuting patent applications. The ideal candidate will have fluency in Japanese and experience in electrical technologies. A passion for understanding and writing about electrical technologies is also required.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting inventor interviews

- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications

- Preparing office action responses

- Managing a U.S. and foreign patent prosecution docket

We are looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field, and strong academic performance.
