The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to commercial law, immigration law, and family law. Responsibilities include conducting legal research and preparing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations, assisting in the drafting of wills and trusts, engaging in litigation processes, collaborating with clients to understand their legal needs, staying updated on changes in laws and regulations, utilizing legal research tools, and maintaining thorough documentation and case files. Requirements include a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, admission to the bar in CA, prior experience in a law office setting, strong negotiation skills, excellent writing skills, proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools, and experience or knowledge in multiple practice areas.
