Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate

Job Description:
We seek an experienced Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate in our Houston office. The firm offers comprehensive legal solutions and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development. Our ideal candidate has 2-6 years of product liability or tort litigation experience, written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions, mediations, court appearances, and assisting with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations. They should have superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. The firm provides a competitive salary range of $195,000-$225,000, quarterly and annual objective bonuses, annual subjective bonus, comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, parental leaves, sick and vacation time, well-being/EAP support, generous 401(k) retirement plan.
