Senior Probate, Litigation Attorney & Estate Planning

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Probate, Estate Planning & Litigation Attorney to join our team in a fully remote position. Key responsibilities include managing probate and estate administration cases, handling probate and trust litigation, leading estate planning matters, drafting and reviewing legal correspondence, representing clients in court proceedings, and guiding clients through trust funding and asset alignment with estate plans. Requirements include 3+ years of experience practicing probate, estate planning, and probate litigation, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Compensation is $150,000 - $200,000 DOE + performance bonuses.
